he European Commission will allocate 3.1 billion euros to the island if a solution to the Cyprus Problem materialises, its President Jean-Claude Juncker said at Thursday’s Conference on Cyprus, according to CNA English today. Juncker reportedly informed the Conference that the money will come from the Commission’s Multiannual Financial Framework.
