After Cyprus, Greece and Israel, Italy is set to ratify the EastMed project agreement which is expected to alter the landscape of gas resources and routes in the eastern Mediterranean.
This is what Philenews reported on Friday citing a report in Greek energy news portal “energypress” based on Israeli diplomatic sources.
“Italy is ready to take a final stand in favour of EastMed and to confirm commitment in the project by signing imminently the agreement on the construction of the underseas pipeline,” the report said.
