The fisheries department on Thursday said the sea turtle nesting season is starting soon and called on people to observe all measures in areas where they lay their eggs. Eurostat: How much are households spending on eating out?

In 2018, households in Cyprus spent 9.1% of their consumption expenditure on catering services such as restaurants, cafés, canteens, and the like, according to figures issued by Eurostat. This is the seventh highest in the EU28 and above the EU28 average of 7%.
