An open-air outlet named “Neo Plaza” is expected to open its doors in Spring 2020 just a few short miles west of Nicosia. The works on the 10,000m² scheme, that will be constructed on 35,000m² site, were announced to begin by June this year.
Inspired by Cypriot architectural traditions, the new outlet will host around 50 retail shops, a recreational park for events, a playground, an arts and crafts section, and a food court. Big names from retailers and chain stores have shown interest in the investment, while the primary focus for the developers is staying true to the mission of discounted premium stores.
