Invest Cyprus, the investment promotion agency of the Government of Cyprus, has welcomed a decision by TangoMe, a leading US consumer services and applications software provider, to launch offices in Cyprus. The internationally renowned tech company, originally founded in Mountain View, California in 2009, has announced plans to establish a presence in Limassol, with a sizeable number of employees relocating to Cyprus.
TangoMe Inc., which raised funding of USD300m and has an estimated annual revenue of USD350m a year, will transfer highly skilled roles to Cyprus, including software developers, mobile engineers and data architects. More than 60 employees are currently working in Cyprus, and the company plans to employ over 100 people by the end of the current year.
