There were some clear indications of economic improvement in September and October of this year, according to a report released by the University of Cyprus Economic Research Centre on Monday.
In particular, preliminary estimates indicate a year-on-year improvement in the volume of retail sales and electricity production in September and October 2020, as well as in the total number of sales contracts in September. In addition, credit card transactions show a year-on-year improvement.
