Canvas Holidays estimates the value of Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa at 25 million pounds, after Honolulu`s Waikiki Beach. According to a press release by the Municipality of Ayia Napa, "Nissi Beach continues to attract praise and to be in the list of the top beaches of the world, along with the famous beaches Coba Cabana of Brazil, Pampelonne in St. Tropez of France and Venice Beach of California ". Following the complimentary reports from CNN and Trip Advisor, Canvas Holidays included Nissi Beach in the world`s top 15 beaches, the Municipality adds.
It also explains that Canvas Holidays, apart from the beauty of each beach, focuses on the real estate value, multiplying the average price per square meter in the same area with the size of each beach.
Following Honolulu`s Waikiki Beach, with a value of 50 million pounds, the estimated total value of Nissi Beach is 25 million pounds, ranking in the 13th place of the list.
