General Secretary of the World Tourism Organisation Zurab Pololikashvili has expressed the Organisation's support of Cyprus National Tourism Strategy during a ceremony in which he received the credentials of new Permanent Representative of Cyprus at the Organisation, Ambassador Helena Mina.
According to an official press release, Pololikashvili welcomed the new Permanent Representative and wished her every success to her duties.
The Cypriot Ambassador conveyed the greetings of President of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades and Deputy Minister of Tourism Savvas Perdios and invited Pololikashvili to visit Cyprus, underlying the importance of tourism on the Cypriot economy.
