The Digital Services Factory Way Faster Smarter Simpler digital citizen services

With the quality and effectiveness of public administration being a key factor for a country's economic performance and the well-being of its citizens, e-government is directly linked to the concept of administrative reform and the implementation of an effective digital transformation in the public sector.

As public authorities must adapt to the new circumstances, the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, under the Digital Services Factory (DSF) project, is taking an initiative which is expected to radically change the way public services are being delivered in a faster, smarter and scalable way, maximizing impact for government, citizens and businesses alike. Through the creation of the Digital Services Factory (DSF) and the partnership with the Government Digital Service (GDS) of the United Kingdom, the government aims at a holistic redesign of the way digital services and applications are developed, based on a modern and flexible methodology, that they responds to the citizens’ needs.
