Shipping Deputy Minister Expresses Cyprus' Support To Blue Economy

Cyprus` Shipping Deputy Minister Vassilios Demetriades, expressed the country`s intention to support and contribute to the reinforcement of a sustainable and ambitious blue economy.
Demetriades, who represented Cyprus at the EU Ministerial Meeting on issues related to the Integrated Maritime Policy also informed his counterparts about the work being done with a view to implement in Cyprus a national Integrated Maritime Policy and a Maritime Spatial Planning, which constitutes a basic tool for blue development.
