Revenue from Tourism Recording Minor Increase

On the basis of the results of the Passenger Survey, data released by CyStat show that revenue from tourism reached €431,6 mn in August 2019 compared to €428,2 mn in the corresponding month of the previous year, recording an increase of 0,8%.
For the period of January – August 2019 revenue from tourism is estimated at €1.856,8 mn compared to €1.889,7 mn in the corresponding period of 2018, recording a decrease of 1,7%.
