Parliament approves 20 new municipalities

Following many years of negotiations, the House Plenum today approved the three draft bills for the reform of the local administration, according to which 20 municipalities will be established in Cyprus in total.
Both the Interior Minister and President Anastasiades described today as a history day for local administration sending messages of hope for the future.
