Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades has congratulated Democrat Joe Biden after the US Congress certified his November 3 presidential election victory.
“Congratulations to my dear friend Joe Biden, the 46th President of the United States,” Anastasiades wrote on his Twitter account late on Thursday.
